1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplemental policies published by dex69:

• "Platform" refers to the dex69 website accessible at https://dex69.vip, including all subpages, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "dex69", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its management and operation.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any portion of it.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive value credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by dex69 prior to processing withdrawals or at any point dex69 deems appropriate.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an Account on, or placing a Wager through the dex69 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other supplemental rules and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. dex69 will notify Members of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and updating the "Last Updated" date above.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dex69 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. dex69 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as notified by dex69 from time to time.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by dex69 or any gambling-related authority.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are using your own funds when making deposits and placing Wagers.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of dex69 or any of its suppliers, game providers, or affiliated entities.

dex69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to dex69's reasonable satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

To place Wagers on dex69, you must first complete the Account registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile number.
• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Register only one (1) Account per individual. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Notify dex69 promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

dex69 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5. KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point dex69 considers appropriate for security or compliance purposes, dex69 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). The documents you may be asked to provide include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used (bank account screenshot, e-wallet account screenshot) demonstrating that the account is registered in your name.
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested.

Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities. dex69 processes and stores KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

dex69 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian Members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. dex69 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or network infrastructure beyond our direct control.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits communicated in the Account dashboard.

dex69 targets completion of the majority of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day, or where KYC verification is pending.

Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met. dex69 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

dex69 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account closure.
• dex69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Member.
• Free Spins winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, dex69's determination shall be final.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of wagering requirements.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each category of games and betting markets available on dex69 are set out in the relevant product-specific rules pages accessible from within the Platform. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. dex69 will not cancel or reverse confirmed Wagers except in cases of manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, dex69 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance.
• dex69 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were incorrectly published due to a pricing error ("palpable error"). Members found to have systematically exploited pricing errors may have their Accounts suspended.
• For sportsbook products, including coverage of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia, and all other markets, the outcome of a settled bet is determined by the official result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per Wager and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and slot titles — are provided by certified third-party studios and operate on independently audited random number generators. dex69 does not alter game outcomes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dex69 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account.
• Operating multiple Accounts individually or in coordination with others.
• Colluding with other players in casino or card games.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain without immediately reporting them to dex69.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Placing Wagers as part of any arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that abuses the Platform's pricing or promotional structures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dex69 staff or other Members.

10. Responsible Gaming

dex69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We offer the following self-management tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set elapsed-time notifications to prompt awareness during extended sessions.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gambling activity for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks), during which your Account will be restricted from placing Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the dex69 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of dex69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dex69.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dex69 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or tips displayed on the Platform.
• Interruptions, downtime, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond dex69's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, bank or e-wallet provider failures, force majeure events, or government action.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if dex69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits dex69's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Termination

dex69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Systemic bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (after deduction of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification. dex69 may withhold funds pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms. dex69 operates under an internationally issued gaming license and adheres to internationally recognized fair-play and anti-money-laundering standards.

Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and subject to change. It is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is compliant with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. dex69 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territories.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

15. Amendments

dex69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, dex69 will additionally post a notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
